 | Bill is the founder of Blondell & Associates. Bill's legal career began, after being honorably discharged from the United States Navy, when he had graduated from the University of Baltimore. He was admitted into the Maryland Bar in 1960. Prior to founding Blondell & Associates, Bill was an Assistant County Attorney and Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore County where he garnered a wealth of trial experience. That trial experience served as a solid foundation for the 40+ years of trial work that has followed as the president of Blondell & Associates. During that time, Bill has represented thousands of injury victims and their families. He has handled injury claims ranging from the most complicated products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases to workers' compensation, automobile collision, and premises liability cases. Bill's commitment and desire to fight tirelessly for the underdog has served his clients well. Bill has taken and won numerous cases that were rejected by other lawyers. That commitment and desire has also led to numerous, favorable, precedent setting, opinions from the Maryland appellate courts. His skill and experience as a trial lawyer has led Bill to lecture on trial tactics at the University of Baltimore School of Law as well as at various seminars for bar associations and other professional organizations. Bill has also served as the president of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. He remains a member of that organization as well as the as well as the American Association for Justice and many others. |

In 1993, Mark Graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law and passed the Bar later that year. Following a summer clerkship with Blondell & Associates in 1992, Mark returned in 1993 to work as a trial lawyer. During his tenure, Mark has handled over a thousand workers' compensation claims, as well as numerous jury trials and apellate arguments. Mark is also a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and the as well as the American Association for Justice. A lifelong Baltimore resident, Mark graduated from Dundalk High School and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. |  |

 | Todd graduated from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, LA and passed the Maryland Bar in 2003. Todd began working at Blondell & Associates in 2003 as a trial lawyer and has been successfully handling workers' compensation and injury claims since. Todd is a member of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and the as well as the American Association for Justice. He is also a founding member of the Northeast Democratic Club of Baltimore County. Todd attended high school locally at Calvert Hall. He is also a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. |
